Working at RHF is a unique opportunity to be part of an established, well-equipped, and well-funded farm in a work environment where you can grow and explore. We value hard work, of course, but also high standards, positivity, resilience, commitment, leadership, creativity, and community building. We offer seasonal, communal housing in the farm house located on the property. Working on the farm provides the opportunity to do something meaningful while you learn and grow.
