KATE RITZ
FARM MANAGER

Kate, local resident and RHF farm manager, has over 18 years of farm experience. Her previous farm, located in northern Vermont, was over 100 acres and included 30 acres of organic production. She makes sure we are never too busy to share a lot of laughs.

ISAAC HOFFMAN
PRODUCTION MANAGER

Isaac’s strong work ethic and professionalism drive everything he does. From monitoring and nurturing plants, to daily harvesting, deliveries, and working in the farm stand, he helps ensure that our customers receive the highest quality produce and service possible. He is a true team player.

GEORGE WEBSTER
CARPENTER & SEASONAL FARM CREW

Lucky for us, George has a lot of energy. When he semi-retired from his career in the summer of 2022, he was looking to put all of that energy somewhere. It turns out the farm is the perfect place. From helping in the fields, to restoring the farmhouse, to greeting folks at the farm stand, RHF wouldn’t be the same without him.

BRANDON PHILIP
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE & SEASONAL FARM CREW

Brandon has worked at the farm since our very first season. More than an extra set of hands, he loves to help puzzle out solutions to the daily challenges that are part of farming. He’s easy going and smart, qualities that make him fun to work with on any project.

DANA & NOEL WEBSTER
OWNERS & EVERYTHING ELSE MANAGERS

Noel and Dana are grateful for the opportunity to re-establish a farm on this special property, where they’ve been coming for over 40 years—not to mention the chance to add a “small” project in their 60s! Being grandparents is pretty great too.

ALI RAMEE
GUEST CHEF

This summer we welcome back chef Ali Ramee to the farm. Ali’s career includes working with James Beard award winner Hugh Acheson, recipe development and food styling for brands such as Food & Wine, Real Simple, Southern Living, Health, Shape, Rachel Ray Everyday and People Magazine, as well as cooking at America’s Test Kitchen, Flour & Water, and Petit Crenn. She is passionate about creating delicious culinary events that bring people together and highlight seasonal food in fresh ways. Dinner at the Farm anyone?

OUR AMAZING VOLUNTEERS

We are beyond appreciative of the many volunteers who lend a hand in so many ways. Getting their hands dirty in the fields, bagging greens, helping in the farm stand, directing traffic, harvesting flowers and more, their work is invaluable and their attitudes treasured.
