Yoga in the Barn
Sundays from 10:00-11:00am
$20 per class, cash only
About the Class
This vinyasa style class is geared for those with a good foundation in linking breath with movement and modifying the practice to honor their body’s needs. You’ll find the basic components of a vinyasa class – warm up, suns, standing poses, inversions, back bends, and savasana. The dynamic class will also include the challenge of more advanced asanas. This is a moderate to fast-paced class combining high intensity movement with mindful flow. It will provide a rigorous practice if you choose to find the fullest expression of each pose. Perfect for the practitioner seeking a challenging and invigorating class, excellent cross training for strength, endurance, and flexibility.
This is an ALL-LEVEL class so students will be offered the opportunity to stay in a modified pose and to work where they are. Please feel free to attend and listen to your body.
We look forward to practicing with you on Sundays from 10:00-11:00am. Please remember we accept cash only.
